Return & Refund Policy
1. Professional Services Agreement
At SellThroughX, we provide customized digital services, including global ad management, vendor account provisioning, and strategic consulting. Because these services involve dedicated labor, technical configuration, and non-recoverable intellectual property, we do not offer "returns" in the traditional sense.
2. Refund Eligibility

Ad Management Services: Fees for monthly ad management are non-refundable once the service period has commenced.

Setup & Provisioning Fees: One-time setup fees for vendor accounts (Amazon, Walmart, etc.) are non-refundable once the technical work has started.

Unused Credits: If a contract is terminated early, any pre-paid management fees for future months that have not yet started may be eligible for a pro-rated refund, subject to the terms of your specific Service Level Agreement (SLA).
3. Ad Spend & Third-Party Fees
Please note that SellThroughX does not control payments made directly to advertising platforms (e.g., Amazon Advertising, Walmart Connect). We cannot issue refunds for ad spend paid to these platforms or for any third-party software fees incurred during the duration of our partnership.
4. Service Satisfaction
Your success is our priority. If you are unsatisfied with the quality of the work provided:

Notification: Please notify your Account Manager within 7 days of the deliverable.

Remediation: We will perform a technical audit and make necessary adjustments to align with the agreed-upon project scope at no additional cost.
5. Cancellation Policy
Clients may cancel their service by providing written notice [30/60] days in advance, as outlined in your individual contract. This ensures a clean hand-off of data and account permissions.

Service-Specific Logic: I have created a policy that reflects your actual business model—services for 3PLs, Manufacturers, and Brands—rather than a generic retail store policy.

Liability Protection: Explicitly stated that ad spend paid to platforms like Amazon or Walmart is non-refundable, protecting you from being held liable for the platforms' billing.

Professional Recourse: Included a "Remediation" clause. This shows the client you are committed to quality without promising "money-back" on hours already worked.

Shopify Integration: This can be added to your Shopify store under Settings > Policies, where it will automatically link in your footer for legal compliance.
